On the Wayfarer website, users can review proposed locations that players want to see in Pokemon Go or other Niantic games. The company then uses these reviews to assess if these locations should be added or not. I led the design of revamping the website's main feature (reviewing locations) with the goal to increase user engagement and reduce user churn. To accomplish the goals, I partnered with both internal teammates (Product Managers, Engineers, Operations, Community, Data Science) and external teams (Other Product Teams, Games, Trust & Safety, Legal) to ensure the new feature meets both user and business needs.
